Business Capital

Own a business?  Need Capital?  Need Quick Cash for your Business?

An African proverb states that if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go further, go together.

The Problem:

The weakness of small businesses and micro enterprises is access to capital and marketing.  The lack of capital can hinder a Minority-owned business from investing in their business at a level that will produce an optimal return on investment (ROI). Seeking small business loans is a challenge because of higher interest rates.   Without capital, it’s often difficult to maintain your business or to invest in it's future needs, i.e. equipment, construction, inventory, personnel.

Minority, Women owned and Micro-enterprise businesses experience difficulties in obtaining capital. The success of Micro-enterprises and minority-owned businesses is a key element in building wealth and economic infrastructure in disadvantaged communities.   Access to capital allows businesses located in disadvantaged communities to create much needed jobs, that community redevelopment and increased political and social influence for the citizens.

Unfortunately, few minority and women-owned micro and small business owners do not believe they have the ability to acquire a business loan.  We want to change that!

  • “Every creditor that I talked to, every bank that I talked to pretty much said they wouldn’t be able to approve it because of either credit score or not enough credit history.”
